  The City of London Corporation organised a breakfast session on the 8th of October 2022 to celebrate the start of the black history month. The keynote speaker was the Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Baroness Patricia Scotland, KC who also held a Black History talk with the Kenneth Olisa OBE. Among other Common Councillors and Alderman, we had the Presence of Luis Felipe Tilleria Limongi who shared with Baroness Scotland the privilege to have been the first Latin American in being appointed to their respective offices.
